Partners

The Oil City Main Street Program operates through a cooperative agreement between the City of Oil City and the Oil Region Alliance of Business, Industry and Tourism. The City of Oil City supports the Oil City Main Street Program both financially and in-kind via staff participation in various projects. The Oil Region Alliance houses the Oil City Main Street Program and serves as its fiscal agent. The Oil Region Alliance also manages the Oil Region National Heritage Area, and staff members frequently provide support for any number of Oil City Main Street initiatives.

Additional operational partners include the Pennsylvania Downtown Center, Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, and the National Main Street Center (Main Street America).
